St Nicholas’ Church, Beverley | 7.30pm

Singer-songwriter Rob Halligan brings his new tour, an itinerant’s musical, to St Nicholas’ Church. Marking 25 years since the 9/11 attacks, in which his father lost his life, Rob tells something of his own story: the years leading up to that day, how he came to terms with his loss, and the songs that grew from his commitment that love should triumph over hate. Expect music, poignant stories, and plenty of humour. Tickets are £15 through Eventbrite or from St Nick’s parish office (stnicksoffice@gmail.com, 01482 863542).
